Paul McCartney
There's a songwriter who's really good
and if you haven't heard him yet, you know you should
there isn't anyone who's done as much as him
and it's not just because he's got the money

He was born and played in Liverpool
with some other guys he met at school
he's just such a cool guy you'd want to be the same
and you'd better not forget his name

I want to be like Paul McCartney
be as rich as I can be
have celebrities round to lunch
say that ... are worse than rum punch
Get my wife to sing in my band
give my kids a helping hand
wear my suit, and look real cute
I want to be like Paul McCartney

You know, to be like him,
would be my dream
he even played a version
of the "Crossroads" theme
and if you heard his new songs
I bet that you'd like some
and you'd think the best must be a to come
